Bodrum has recently featured in a New York Times list of top destinations.
Bodrum on the rocky Aegean coast of South Western Turkey, has become the country's most upmarket resort, where the beautiful people from Istanbul and Ankara have summer residents and moor their floating gin palaces in the marina.
The modern city shimmers on a hill above two bays, with lines of white houses reflecting the mediteraenean sun. It has swanky hotels, a chic marina, great restaurants, and high decibel nightlife.
